You must own the photos

You may only upload photos you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the images you process and how you use the results.

What you're buying

A 24-hour pass ($6 AUD) grants unlimited full-resolution, watermark-free downloads for 24 hours from purchase. There is no subscription and no account. The free tier gives watermarked previews.

Refunds

Because the pass unlocks a digital service immediately, passes are non-refundable. If something genuinely didn't work, contact us and we'll try to make it right.

No warranty

Listshot is provided "as is". Automatic background removal is not perfect and results vary by photo. We don't guarantee any particular cutout quality or that your items will sell.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Listshot is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or the images it produces.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
